The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case, Focus Energy Hub will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. For Users in the European Economic Area, the risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products will pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the Products.

If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for the replacement of the lost Product in compliance with Focus Energy Hubs Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.  All such claims are subject to Focus Energy Hub investigation and sole discretion.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays. 

You will not be charged for the delivery of the goods you purchase on our Site. 

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Australia your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them. 

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
