Refund policy

Refunds for Goods 

Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods. 

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons: - Good is broken; 

- Good does not match description; 

- Good is the wrong size; 

Refunds for Services 

We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows: 

The services will be fully refunded if the services are cancelled at least 48 hours before the services were scheduled to be provided. 

Returns 

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure: Please contact us by emailing Hello@FocusEnergyHub.com to organise the smooth return. 


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer - customers must contact Focus Energy Hub before returning any products.

Consumer Protection Law 

Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
